What about a Fort?

what about a havy vehicle fild with some bunker protekted fild guns or some shore batteris? or Bunkers where you can drive in your vehicle. some walls would be nice too. Would be nice if this vehicle fild looks like a Fort like the forts in belgium and france in the beginning of the world war.
These havy vehicle bases are nice targets for the bomberpilots too because there are many more important targets than 3 vhs.

hope you understand what i mean and you like this idea

it is actualyl something i have not seen put out there.

i like the idea, though how "hard" would these objects be? would people come by and just carpet bomb them?
I don't know what to put here yet.

It's original I'll give it that.

Make them a bit harder than the VHs. Also if they are made of stone and you are under a part of the building and enough stone falls on your vehicle it either gets disabled of killed. Don't make it so the building being down stops the Vehicles. You have to kill the vehicles either by hitting them of burying them in rubble.  Make is a huge v-base with hangers inside the walls. If you destroy the hangers no vehicles can spawn

Even when the Vh's are down you'd have large cal weapons to put up a good fight.

Now we need some mobile howitzers to bring up and bombard the forts with.

You might be describing the Heavy Vehicle Bases in the Kurland terrain of AH1.

One VH, 3 Shore Batteries, 13 GV redoubts, (not true redoubts, open on the back) 13 AI ack, 12 manned ack, 2 88mm Flack guns and a rearm pad, all surrounded by sections of low walls.  Then there were all the trees, fuel, ammo and troop bunkers with a nice sized Town about mile away.

These are good for the CT or a scenario but IMO they don't belong in the MA.  The Shore Batteries are too powerfull.
Easy in-game again.
