Seems like a bunch of posts edited by mods which state "see rule #....) which has made me go and look, now what is rule 5? rule 13? I guess I am learning what the rules are anyways.

However, it seems like some of the rules are totally ignored & not enforced. For example rule #11. If you are going to have a rule, why not enforce it if you are in the enforcement mode. If is not a big deal, why have the rule in the first place.

See Rule #6 for your answer. If someone in this forum, or any forum is violating rule #11 I would like to know.

I hear of this breech, but have not found any myself.
