An indian family in Colorado Springs was targeted by vandals and the word "Terrist" spray-painted on their home and car. They've been in the country 28 years and had an American flag flying in their front yard.

Why?  Because they are different and the wear turbans on their heads.

Why?  Because some parents taught their kids to hate "ragheads".

In my opinion, there's no place in America for this kind of behavior and for the teaching of this kind of blind, bigoted hatred to our kids.

This isn't what America stands for.  This is what Osoma bin Laden and his ilk stand for, but not me.  Not us.  Not here, no way, never.

The people responsible for this almost disgust me more than terrorists themselves.  Both target innocent people.  Only the domestic ones are targeting their fellow citizens just because they are descendents from people on that side of the world.  Hmm, wonder if they'd like it if someone went after them because they've got German blood in them...  of course it's ok that they're descended from people who kicked native americans off of their land or from people who held other humans as slaves, but that's ok because they themselves didn't do it.

Ignorance and stupidity.  The causes of racism.  Unfortunately, they can't be combated.  It's nearly impossible to un-teach what these people are taught by their parents and culture.

Oh, I get it now.  You were referring only to the "Ragheads" who were responsible for perpetrating or supporting terrorists acts like the ones on Tuesday.  I guess any 10-year-old reading this board would have been able to figure out that you weren't referring to the entire "Raghead" Arab population when you said that.  Doh, my bad!
