There are a few out there but what is the best autobidder/sniper for ebay etc? I want something that will punch in a bid 10-15 seconds before it closes since bidding it up over time is for retards...>

I've been using eSnipe forever, and it's always worked well for me...never had a problem. I always have it bid at 3 seconds. http://www.esnipe.com

You mean, like a program you install on your computer? No idea. If you don't find one, though, eSnipe is very cheap.
