I have been disconnected 3 times in the last 45 minutes along with a few other squaddies. Is there a server issue?

Been happening all over Swarmed. Even up here in Gods Country.

Genaral poop is, it's a problem with routing through Savvis. Being looked at by the good folks at HTC I am sure. Hang tough, it will get better.

Been a customer for a few years with HTC. They tend to fix things and keep us peons pretty happy.

cheers,

Savvis sucks thats why.... I got one once tonight, and had a disco within 5minutes, then couldnt connect for like over an hour.... So gave up.

America's net backbone used to be good, whats happened?:(

in another thread, think it was Pyro mentioned they are in process of switching servers from savvis to at&t or something like that...

That's very good news. My experiences with AT&T's system have been nothing but outstanding.

I think Pyro said they just did  sign a contract with AT&T.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know HTC responds quickly. Part of the reason for this post was to see if it is just my system, or a server problem. I figured it it was playerbase wide, HTC would like to know about it to get it fixed. Can't fix it if you don't know about it.

I just loaded the new drivers for GForce about 3 days ago, but I didn't have this CTD problem the last two nights. Just today, and a few others in my squad were dropping at the same time. I'd get a UDP switching session message and the rest is history!

Thanks for the replies guys.

Actually i noticed that with my firewall switched on i can play but get disconnected 2 times a day. Switching it off fixed that. So all that have disconnects do you use a firewall or not?

I have seen lots of people using firewall and saying "But that is not the problem". I reconfigure it and all works.... thats a general statement not connected to AH in any way.

I do not say that all the discos are from firewalls, just saying it can be.
