just last night showing JB35 how to use ping plotter, my ping to the MA was getting 11-13% packet loss at various locations along the way. mostly chicago and st. louis.
I don't know what to put here yet.

I finally switched to DSL, now the entire game seems to studder, so I ran a ping plot, and I found that I keep losing packets at Chicago and
scr1-at-1-2-0-960.stls1.savvis.net

I'm not sure what Im looking at, but the last two will drop about 15 to 20 precent.

the past 2 weeks or so when in the MA  things started slowing down and then speeding up real fast.  I looked at net status and it was either jigsawed or buck teeth  up and down.  I went to check the trace to the server and always in the savvis stls or savvis denver hop there would be packet loss ranging from 10-30%.  Before net status was flat line now it's become annoying to the point logging is the only option.

Same issues here with the Saavis in Denver. Really getting to the point that I just don't wanna log on. I posted screen shots in the past and got absolutely no reply.

It's not my service either. I'm running DSL and Cable and both connections have the exact same issue. I even totally reformatted my pc and still the same issues. It's getting old.

Deth7, your problems start on the first hop and from there they only got worse.  You need to send this to your ISP and ask them what is going on.
All information after the first hop is pretty meaningless, due to the timeout.
