Looks like a good RC plane for beginners...

Nice plane.  Accelerates really darn fast too...  Must have an awesome thrust/weight ratio.  I thought he was going to pull the wings off or auger in the split-S and he even adjusted the wing sweep in the pull, but nothing fell off so it must be built pretty well.  He came in a little fast on landing but it didn't look like the model was using flaps.

I liked the engine trim tabs inside the exhausts...  It shows that he's tuned the engines to a targeted EGT.  Not that he really needs any more thrust, but a properly tuned engine will have a smaller chance of a compressor stall or other problems.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

the turbines are just freaking amazing.. kinda fraught with problems, as Eagle noted, egt and flame-out problems keep the pilot nervous as a cat. When they explode mid flight, tends to ruin yer whole day.

On the other hand Turbines produce very scale-like crashes...

Price tag on that plane is in the 8-10 grand neighborhood. The functional swing wing is pretty slick, and yup, could use flaps. That bird has a good set of brakes.. kinda hard to notice in thye video with the goofy top-gun music, but that boy spooled up to near max RPM before he toggled the brakes off on the take off. The roar and rumble of those two turines spooling up...

Can't say it enuff.. being there and watching these things fly is just awsome.. sounds real, waves of jet noise and the smell of the JP1.. impressive to say the least.

Just freaking wow. I'd imagine the guy really thinks twice about doing too many stunts with it. Sweet looking bird.

That is pretty neat stuff...I think I'd cry if it was mine and I crashed it, though.

Yer kinda limited with tubines.. speed! The silly things are so freakin fast you got enuff eyeball time to flash by and start a turn.. so exhaustive manuvers and aerobatics beyond a few rolls, a loop, a spit 's' and an immelman are off the table. The other issue is fuel.. they drink it at prodigious rates.. normal flight time is 4-6 min tops, and it's gobbled about a 1/2 gal or more per engine in that time frame.

Lastly.. throttle reaction time is a mite sluggish.. like the real ones. Takes a few moments for the thrust increase to equate to speed increase, same with decrease.. they don't slow down very quick. Makes a botched landing and go-around a very scary thing.

Movin from props into jets is an eye-opener. The moment it gets airborne and starts building speed you know[/i] you've got the tiger by the tail.
