Pyro: "We’ve had our servers hosted with Savvis for quite awhile now but we’ve had some connectivity issues that we’ve been unable to get resolved and we’ve decided to try somewhere else. We’ve signed a contract with AT&T and will soon begin to move our servers. There will be some inconveniences during this move but will be conducting the move in pieces to keep the inconveniences to a minimum. We hope the end result will ease the frustrations felt by those of you who could not keep a good connection to our servers on a consistent basis"

WooHoo
hopefully this will resolve some of the constant disco issue's. Nothing worse than driving {or flying} for 20 mins only to reach your objective and get the dreaded "lost UDP"

They switched to ATT on their web pages and login pages but didnt change it for the game.
IMO I think it should have been the other way around,if they want to keep customers got to make the customer happy

Azul,

Don't you think that it is better that they moved the webpage ect to the new network so that they can test it and see if there are any teething problems before they move the game servers. Makes sense to me.

If they had moved the game servers to the new provider and had issues I get the feeling that ppl would be complaining that they did not test it first......

Seems to me they are doing a good job keeping and actually increasing their customer base.

You get 'lost UDP' after 20 min? I typically get it before I leave tower

I used to rarely get discod so I never really had a connection complaint.

But lately I'm getting discoed once or twice a week.

But at least everyone else seems to be getting discoed the same time I am

I've been disco'd a lot too, also have noticed that my ping is higher....  Hoping things work themselves out in the near future.
