CH install error message

After finally taking the step into rudder pedals I got them today WOOOO.  Well come to find out after I download the manager and such I get this error message:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.  The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application.

Did you download the correct file?

Didn't a CD come with the CH gear?

The Rudder Peddles are USB?
You have Windows XP?
You D/L Control Manager 3.6?
ch-hanger.com will give you answers, ask Michael (CH trouble shooter)
