Would it be possible to do away with the 3 inch thick, opague gunsight glass? Its very hard to see your target. And one would think thats the very area you would want the best vision.

I agree, glare is way over done and the angle the sun hits it seems way to big and not at the correct angles.  Heck the sun glare is over done imho, I have no problem looking east in the morning in the general direction of the sun and see quite well. In AH if sun is in the east and you look east the entire eastern hemisphere is blind.  Consessions need to be made in light of the fact my entire horizon is 19 inches. Not complaining, just observing.  The new sky and clouds are just plain awesome!

Most of the inside of the cockpit gets in my line of sight.  Can we get rid of that too? :lol

 The sun is in the east, and you look east.

 Is that really surprising?
 
 Move your head a little bit and the glare goes away, and you have no problems in looking east in the morning in the general direction of the sun and see quite well.

Donzo..you feel a milky white gunsight is good?

   Would it be that hard to change?
