Skuzzy, when are you getting rid of Savvis?
« on: July 11, 2005, 09:35:47 PM »
It's disco central again.  For the last couple months especially I have been discoed far more frequently than is acceptable.  Each time I run a trace it looks decent until it hits the Savvis Seattle to Savvis Denver hop where it just bites it.  Anywhere from a decent 60 MS to all kinds of spikes over 400MS plus from that hop on.  Basically I'm tired of being discoed so often.  Any idea on when you are getting rid of them?  I don't mean this in a derogatory way but simply, your product is frequently unusable and very frustrating.

I haven't been dumped, but the warps were terrible tonight and it was like I had no bullets. I asked on country if anyone else was having bad warps to see if I had some type of major system problem (spyware?). I dunno maybe its caused by the recent tropical storms - but something aint right.

We are actively working on it.  It would be poor form to try and put a date to it as our primary concern, in this move, is to minimize downtime.

Fair enough and thanks for the reply.  I guess I'll take it as a chance to get some other things done...>
