Why would they be unemployed and the factories idle? China can just keep paying them to stay open like they do now. Those workers and factories aren't being paid in the USDs.

If we cut our ties with the Chinese the US economy will be destroyed, but the main thing that will happen is that China will starve to death in a week or two. All we gotta do to defeat the Chinese is re-arm the Japs, they would roll through China in a few days like in WWII. Heck we are about the closest thing they have to an actual ally, everybody else assides from N. Korea hate them. And F North Korea too, if they want some we got plenty of ammo laying around. I'm sure we have weapons and bombs sitting around somewhere that we can't even comprehend... Bet they even have a lightsaber !! ( oh man I want 1 of those )

If we really wanted to handle this terrorist threat and take charge in the mid east all we gotta do is re-arm Germany, could you imagine how efficient they would be with F16's and Abrahm tanks.. Bet they could take that whole Iraq / Syrian area in afternoon, be home by dinner lol
