Would a soviet soldier be allowed to write an anti-hitler saying on his helmet?

Or was there a law/rule that didn't allow them to desecrate personal property...

I got a good, yet immature, slogan to put on my helmet in cyrllic letters..

No. And this wasn't an official rule. Just your helmet with letters will be a good, far seen target for a sniper. Because of this, the slogans were on tanks, planes or missiles. But never on helmets.

well.... some of their nukular missiles did anyway

The place where I would put these is in the back left corner, thus a sniper wouldn't see it unless he was behind you or you were running away..

Helmet will mainly be worn during rain or photos..

Slogan is in russian, let me get it real quick..

But isn't a slogan supposed to be readable and visible to those you are showing it to?

Hawklore, it's absolutely amazing!!!

Reminds me about a story that happened during the siege of Sevastopol'. Some sailors fightimg on the ground (marines) made a huge solgan like that (in German) on a hill-side with white stones, so German artillery destroyed it every day instead of shooting at Soviet targets, and every night Soviet "marines" repaired it
