Still Can't Go On Line

:mad: BOY...DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID BUT .... I SURE DID A GREAT JOB OF IT. I AM STILL GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE "COULD NOT CONNECT TO HOST, DO YOU WISH TO TRY THE ALT ROUTE" I ENTER YEST AND GET "COULD NOT CONNECT TO HOST"  I HAVE DIS-ABLED ALL OF MY FIREWALLS AND ANTI VIRUS PROGRAMS, REMOVED AND RE-INSTALLED AH, ETC.ETC.ETC.... IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW OTHER WISE I AM SCREWED

Try downloading pingplotter (from here, the freeware version) and trace to 216.91.187.39 (main arena). It might help if you'd post some information about your system... Hope you can get connected.

Maybe firewall, even though you disabled it, is still blocking your entrance...try enabling it and setting AH to be allowed through it...

Another thing to check, depending on what firewall you use.  Check the Windows firewall and make sure it's disabled.  Sometimes when you update Windows it will re-enable the firewall if you had it shut off.

Did the same to me when i downloaded the new version.

You migh check your anti-virus exclusions so that it does not block AH.

You want to add AH into your exclusions list so it will work freely without being controlled by the A-V.
