And deserves whatever they give him. Just because something is possible doesn't mean it should be done, for whatever reason. Hacking has cost untold millions of dollars, and millions of effort hours to close vulnerabilities that shouldn't have been looked for in the first place.
I spent a few years developing and managing a computer network back in the '90s, and went through the birth of the 133t H4xor movement. I was not impressed then with their motives, and still am not. Malicious children then, malicious adult children now.
