Wide-aspect monitor

Is there a way to get 1920x1200 true pixels of video from Aces High or is 1600x1200 the very best possible?

Also, the "scaling" function of my new Dell 2405FPW monitor is greyed out and I assume this function is taken care of through my GeForce graphics card software. Any suggestion on where to find it? (I'd rather have 1600x1200 than the same scene stretched to the width of my monitor (scaling 1x1).
Thx!

The video8.cfg file is located in the Aces High "settings" folder.  Use any text editor to manually chage the resolution.  As long as your video supports it, then game will too.

The modification of the video8.cfg file did the trick, but I have a new issue.

My 1920x1200 pixel screen now shows exactly the same width of view as a 1600x1200 display, but it shows considerably less real estate up and down. I don't see some critical instruments, and there's less windshield for dogfighting.

Is there any way to WIDEN the viewing ANGLE in normal view so that I keep the same up and down view information as before but expand my view on the sides? This would be simply ideal. Otherwise, 1920x1200 is not a good res for running the game. It is kind of like running the game in slightly zoomed-in mode all the time.
Thx,
