Dear Redtop,
I will be praying for you and your mother.
May you know the all sufficient grace of God in this trial, may your mother be comforted by the same Lord who healed men's bodies while he dwelt with his people on earth but who came to heal their souls forevermore, may your household stand fast on the solid rock in the midst of the storm, may your mother's doctors be granted an extra measure of wisdom and compassion by the Great Physician.
Above all brother, may you all be assured that nothing - neither tribulation, nor disease, nor anything that is or is to come - can separate you from the from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
There is a day coming, when there will be no more disease, no more death, no more tears and sorrow, no more separation, and when that day of glory dawns, even the tribulations we have endured will seem as nothing by comparison. You may be parted from your mother for a while, brother, but because of what Christ has done for you both, you can never ever be separated from her. And brother, know this, the dawn will make the night seem like nothing at all. As great as your fellowship is here on earth, the best is yet to come.
"I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." " (Rev. 21:2-4)
The Lord bless you both,
Andy
