Just ran across this game.

T-72: Balkans on fire

You play a Soviet tank commander that volunteered to fight for Serbia during the Balkan's mess.  

Didn't know there really was a Russian volunteer unit that took part in that war.  Anyway, actually looks like a cool game but I don't know if I'd like to play as a Serb.  I wonder if they also have ethnic cleansing missions in that game.

Must be Boroda's fantasy that Russia came in in helped poor serbie against the invding hordes of Croatians and Bosnians as the invaders bore down and besiged the Serbian capital Belgrade for months on end...

Didnt Balkan wars started in 1995? USSR was no more at that time.
