it was nice

Yesterday, Sunday July 31, 2005 was a nice day in the CT.  it averaged ten skilled players from early afternoon until I logged off at 2300 EST.  The map is nice and flying to a fight is a short time.  most fights were at around 8k.  I want to thank some of the more prominent ackllied regulars for not only remaining firmly in their ack but also for the incessant whining about how unfair the planeset was to them.  Thanks again guys.  the only way it could have been better is if you had accused us of cheating.  :D

In what way can this plane set be construed to be unfair to the Allies?  They have very potent tools.

P-38G
P-47D-11

Spitfire Mk IX
Mosquito Mk VI

Seafire Mk IIc

What, exactly, are they lacking?  The have speed in the P-47D-11, manuverability in the Spitfire Mk IX and Seafire and capable attack aircraft in the P-38G and Mosquito.

There are no holes.

There are so blatantly no holes that I am kind of suspecting that you're making it up to defame them on one of your anti-Allied rants.

spits aside - the planeset favors the axis - no doubt

that said, you still can't get a kill without being the tail end charlie of your swarm

your "kill" of my burning /ditched p38, torched by another of ur gang, was classic

stay around N7 and Tk and you will live .. but you know that already

lol lol lol

you are getting better b&z in the 205, give you that - now if you can just get off the N7/tk teet ... :)

explain the kills of both you and jamusta both of you ganging me alone then. not once but twice. the reason we are in a squad is because we work well together.  no doubt both TK and N7 are much better than I ever will be, so what?  of course there is no way of you knowing about working together with anyone in a single man squad is there? having said all that once again i say it is a pleasure to fight you win or lose you grumpy old bastige.

both eagler and jamusta were very vociferous at the unfair advantage the axis had on ch 200 yesterday.  I agree with you the planes set favors the allies.

if jastamusta and i "ganged" you, you would have died

it is a pleasure to fight you also, just wish it happened more often w/o interruption as you have improved but hard to tell how much as you have so much help or dash in as tail end charlie to get the kill

I wouldn't really say it favors the Allies either.  It is pretty balanced.

well from your pov storch, yes, a gang of spits would be as lopsided as a gang of 109's when you have tk and n7 in the crowd :)

wtf are you talking about tailend charlie?  on two occasions it was both you and jamusta in 38's against me, no one else around N7 was off to the North fighting DropW.  I had a substantial alt advantage and I tagged and bagged both of you.  I would have kept the meat but it was too stringy and I hate squirrel so I just kept the pelts.  :D

I agree it is reasonably balanced and I stated so earlier.   it does however slightly favor the allied with the spitIX/seafireII.
