Can you disable the throt/rudder on a sidewinder?

Anyone know if there's a way to disable the throttle and rudder(Twisty) on a Sidewinder II FF??  Not absolutely necessary but would make setting up some games much less a pain in the butt.

P.S.  Oh.. because I have CH Throt and CH Pedals, probably a detail best not left out.

in the windows control panel under game controlers you could make a custom setup>
