Upgrading RADEON cards

All I have to do is:

1) Uninstall Control Center
2) Uninstall Driver
3) Turn off computer, remove old card, insert new
4) Reboot, reinstall Control Center/Driver

Correct?

if its radion to radeon ... hell install and try it ...

if not goto safe mode then remove the drivers

In general whenever changing video cards I have always liked going to Display Properties and setting the display as a Standard VGA as step #1 before doing the rest as you describe. It gives Winbloze a nice place to start from with no corn-fusion.
