This is a famous set EWR 4L is HOWYA, 4R is DOOIN. HOWYA DOOIN. Also I found a set of fixes 50 miles to the SW of Philly named JIMEE and FALON. They are right next to each other.

Theres a fix TILDO some 60nm north of Helsinki

Not a fix, but a field in Africa: FOOL

I hear the fixes around Miami are named after football players/coaches.

Want to know if a chart was produced by someone with fighter experience?  Check out the terrain and obstacle heights.  The mark is that every altitude on the chart is rounded up to the nearest 69'.  There are areas in Texas where you can't find a mountain or tower that doesn't have a '69' in the height or altitude shown on the chart.
