When will the current GVs get fixed?

It's strange how I can shot at a panzer at D200, aiming where turret connects to main body, and my 88mm shell bounces. Same panzer returns fire and my tiger loses the turret. Gee I guess IRL that's how the shermans killed so many tigers. 1 shot to the base of the turret.
Question is, when will the total male cow fecal matter get fixed for the GV damage code?
I'ld like to know.

just another quirk with GV's.

The T-34 acts like a boat when you go over hills. it'll rock back and forth like on water, sometimes to the point of flipping over. it's really weird. try it sometime. just jump one of the many small hills in a t34 and try to turn if you wanna roll over. it's a promised thrill ride, but i doubt a multi-ton tank on dry land would rock and sway that way.
