Id like to see a historical Europe map used once in awhile, as well as other CT type maps. All maps except Trinity change hands rather quickly anyways..why not try it out?

Zazen

Then why do't you fly up too 25-K and look for people tryin too kill friendly bombers?

Your not right above a Finite Geographic,i take you mean on the deck T-n-B'in with nothing but ground beneath you.

Myself and SEwinks and SEgunner were at 18-K lookin for bombers over Tank Island in the Ozkansas map in 190-A-5' when we encountered a G-10 and a 190-D,was a good fight way high up in the clouds where the 109 and 190 perform thier best.

Maybe you should give it a whirl,it's quite the time!

This is exactly why I go looking for milkrunning buffs.  A couple easy kills to warm up the guns, then somebody is gonna come looking for me.  :)  Either the buff pilot gets mad and ups a fighter to hunt me down, or he calls his squaddies...........before long we have a fight going in a new area of the map.  I make my own fights, I dont like huge clouds of dweebs clogging up my views and jumping in front of my guns while I'm in the middle of a good dogfight.  Maybe you do Zazen, more power to ya.  Dont knock it if you aint tried it.  The best part though is when the buff pilot actually gets mad because you screwed up his point-ho milkrun and cost him his precious perkies that he could have earned.  I love that part.

bustr, most people don't know what the CT is.

It's a lot more quiet in there though, less dummies and more higher quality pilots.

Sadly, from what I can see it is not the map that discourages fights, it is the players that do that themselves.

You'll see 10 countrymen attacking a base that has no defense while a sector and a half away the enemy is doing the same thing.

That is the reason I can't stand the big maps, at least when the maps are small the 'milkrunning hordes' are far less prominent as it forces these two opposing forces to engage one another.

Bring in historic maps with three sides, I'm sure it'll add an amount of fun to it to fight in known places like Guadacanal, Eastern Europe,  etc.

After all, this is a world war two flight simulation right?

I see stupidity has not taken a holiday. ;)

Trinity could use some alterations:

Make the mountains about 5-6k high at their peaks and sprinkle fields through them. That would improve things greatly. Another port or two for each country wouldn't hurt either.
