Iran breaks seals at nuclear plant

"Iran has broken the seals on equipment at an atomic processing facility amid Western fears Tehran could use its technology to build a nuclear bomb."

OF course when you sign a very large lucrative energy treaty with China you expect China's vote on the council to always swing your way, throw in some Russian sales agreements and payoffs and now you have two votes...
 Its all down hill from this point...
