LTAR to move ???
« on: August 16, 2005, 09:48:01 PM »
fellow countrymen and foe's alike.

The beloved LTAR Squad will be moving to the Bishops in the very near future. We are uncertain at this point how long we will be serving with the Bishops, but realize it will be a healthy change and a great learning experience.

We believe all countries have a lot to offer all members of the community. There is no "good" or  "bad" side to switch to {in our opinion}

Given the recent decline in number of Bishops at any one time we feel it would be best to help the side with the lowest numbers.

I wanted to make this post before the move to help eleveate some of the comments and concerns that arise when a squad or individual moves to a different country.

For the record,
LTAR is NOT unhappy with the Knights or has a problem with any of them. They are a great virtual country to fight with.
We are not moving to "spy", "cheat" , "get back at" or any other silly label put on people or group of players that switches countries.

We have played for the Knights since day one, LTAR has been a loyal and I hope respected part of the community for some time. We have taken a beating from friend and foe but have always tried to play true.

Look forward to serving,

LTARmoil CO

Great move. I was hoping some Knight squads would move to Bishop for that reason.

Excellent, MOIL. Every squad/player should fly on all sides, even if for only a week or a tour. The community is, even though you are, to a man, all dweebs and dorks, the thing that has kept my interest in the game, and flying with and against all 3 countries has only proven that there are good people everywhere, even if they are all dorks who fly cartoon airplanes.

Plus, that bit about whacking knit vulchers. :D The only thing that is more fun than vulching, is killing vulchers. :aok

Ah man, now there's nobody fun to go bomb in GVs.  Yeah there's Zazen, if you can catch him before he towers out that is.

Welcome aboard guys. :aok

:(  Tear.

Good luck in your move LTAR, sorry to hear your leaving us "vulchers" as one person on this thread calls us.
