Lol, yeah, the need for speed. You know, in the scenes showed i always *had* enough speed for two reasons. I either had enough alt advantage beforehand, or i had to make them loose their E first and build up mine in the meanwhile.
Just try it for a while. Its a very different fighting style, but its fun as well. And a slow hurr is a very hard target to hit. Just let them come almost into firing range then make a quick step to the side (turn and add rudder), if need be stall out for a second. theyll zoom past. after a few passes most enemies get so agitated that they try and turn with you. or theyve blown their energy. thats when they sign their death warranty

. I always have to chuckle when a p38 or an a6m deploy flaps and try to make me overshoot. Nope. Wont work

. all you have to do is keep your energy at all times. never turn without pulling up first. and if they run, let them go and climb.
As for flying on half a wing... Hurri still handles pretty well with a missing wingtip. And i was very close to the runway. I still cant believe i made it though, with all those cons flying around. You can see the shadow of a F4U passing on the runway. I guess he let me go insted of going for the vulch. >S< to whoever it was.
But you know, the thing is... im so used to hurri1, i cant fly anything else. talk about frustrating... i just dont know what to do in those 'fast' planes. The fastest i can handle are spit and n1k. LMAO. im so desperate ive send an email to the trainer corps. I hope theyll be able to get me going.
