Never Recorded

:(  I know everyone has done some amazing s**t, that they have never caught on camra. Well here is my story.

It was the night of the 18th of August 2005, when I just took of from A carrier in an F4U-D. I saw one of my country members in trouble, he looked unaware of the 2 NME's behind him so I gave him a check 6. I then saw the friendly climb to vertical & I was just about to shout nooooooooooooooooo, but my family was a sleep lol, you know didn't want to wake anyone up  :D . so I put the throttle to full & climbed up after all 3 of them, as I was waiting for 1 of the NME's to get in range I saw both of them converging together( this was the part where I was seaching for Alt R). At 400D I hit my mouse button & sprayed lead all over the place, to my amazment I saw rounds shreading up both planes & as I was stalling out the friendly plane was able drop & fly away too. After I had exited the controlled stall I was typing like crazy who was recording, but no one answered :(

P.S any one else got a story to tell ? :D

Sweet story.

This is mine:

Was way into enemy territory with my trusted Mk1 Hurricane, dodging ack and enemy fighters,  finally saddling up on a P38... Youd think such a nice, big target is easy to hit, but the pilot was doing his best to keep me from scoring. A ping here, a ping there... slowly i bit pieces out of the foe. An aileron here, a flap there, add a wheel to spice it up. Slowing down to impossible slow speeds, turning and sliding we fought hard. When the second aileron fell, the 38 looked shocked, hanging upside down in the air... >S< to a great fight Jozepi!

Low on Bullets and fuel i called rtb, and being the class act he is Jozepi let me go. Unfortunatly the horde around him didnt.
They chased me home and caught up soon. Got a few more proxies on them crashing into trees and ground behind me before someone *finally* got me. LOL.

I still regret i dont have that fight Mk1 vs P38 on tape. Was a great one.
21 is only half the truth.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaa-aaaaaaa-aaaay back in the early days of Ah1 I upped a B26 and headed for a nearby target, to see what I could bomb with a medium bomber. No formations back then, remember? Those were the days. Anyways I'm just under 10k (8? Maybe?) and I'm lining up and in my bombsite I see a B17 either taking off or just flying past his field on the deck. I line up for a few targets, and drop all my bombs, roll inverted, pull up and my GOD I was hauling ass!!! That B26 was creaking and moaning, I was on zero throttle but it was still accelerating wildly. I somehow managed to line up perfectly so that the b17 and my b26 were going in opposite directions when we met, so my split S worked well. I was screaming in on the target's tail at about 450-500mph and I was shocked as heck that I was able to do it. I came in screaming fast shot as much as I could from 500d on down, kept peppering til I was about to ram him and then pulled away sharply (he was firing back through half my attack). He nailed one of my engines, I smoked him so bad he plowed into the earth not long after, but the kicker is that in that split S I lost flaps, an aileron, an elevator, and a couple other small things from over-speeding.

LOL Wished to heck I had that on film. Once in a lifetime opportunity!

I think I landed it, too!!!

EDIT: I think he was already up because by the time I got to him closure rate was slowing down (he was already going pretty fast).
