In tailless, flying wing configurations -- like the B2 or the Go229 -- can pilots generate yaw? Or, do they have to roll and use elevators?

they use spoilers on the wingtips to generate yaw.

I'd say it is a airbrake on both sides of wing more that a spoiler.

On a B2 the ailerons are constructed in a manner that allows them to split open to create drag for yaw control.
