I don't think its fair for one person to receive hundreds of millions or even multiple millions due to a death which isn't even fully proven to be caused by a certain drug.
It's like sueing your neightbour for smoking and claiming your granny died only because of the smoke inhalation.

I think most of the money in these cases should be put into something else than just one person.
I'm sure there are better ways to punish the industry.
..if they indeed were guilty.

yes, she was nervous but she seemed to be trying hard to keep from smiling...heck, can't image my wife getting $253,000,000 for me dead ...maybe $2.53 :)

my life insurance went up from $250K to $400K but I have yet to tell the wife ack that.  She might start planning my demise and she watches too much CSI/L&O for my taste.
