Remove the canopy frames

Can't we just get rid of the canopy frames or make 'em transparent?

The current canopies look good but it's like having one eye and a post for a neck.

Sandman wait untill 3D headmounted displays come down in price, then you can move your vision around them just like in a real plane.

If trackir works, shouldnt vr work too? All it does is combine trackir to a software based 3D display on the headset. AH is already 3D so it should be just a combination of two existing technologies - trackir and 3D display glasses.

Right?

I think the only thing setting us back is still the price. Shutter glasses are cheaper but cause headaches.
