Not much more damage than a lost missile rail off of the slot's right wing but it was enough to stop the show. Also looks like some composite structure damage to #2's left horz stab. No injuries in the air or on the ground.
A photographer from Chicago caught the impact using rapid fire shooting from a Canon 20D. Images were posted on dpreview.com

Glad they had no injuries or deaths.
From the pictures it look like the slot got too far forward in the formation. Hard to say given the angle of the pix.
