Require the task force commander to stay with the task force.  They can go to a gun or sit in the tower, but they should not be able to leave by aircraft, vehicle or boat.  Doing so should automatically remove them from being able to control the trask force.

Right now, people can take control and then go to a base at the far end of the front and then go afk for hours and unless someone outranks them, the control stays with the original owner.  This causes a lot of dead CVs.  It also causes a lot of useless CVs (those that are left sitting in the area of some base that was take long before).

I think the TG commander should stay with it, but they should be able to fly from it.  That way they can control what is needed and help with the fight.  So if they stay in the tower, gun, PT or plane, all connected to the CV.  If they move to another base, the command is given up.

Imo this would help a lot.  If you limit them to a gun or the tower only, no one would want to command them!  There are no points/perks that way.
