Alright guys in Universe 7, work on a industry of atleast level 10. Then we can worry about building our fleets to take all. And by the way, if we are going to war, we have to use diplomacy on their bbs, and declare war.

I got everything at three and I'm almost out of metal. Gonna use up as much as I can to get stuff upgraded and then let my resources build back up.

Deuterium - Level 3
Solar - Level 5
Robotic - Level 1

I gotta wait about 2 hours before I can upgrade my metal. I got my crystal running at 50% in to run my metal at full capacity. Seems like every upgrade requires solar upgrade
