But damn you guys have been busy. I had to leave the office to get my son out of school for the storm that came through yesterday. Then I ended up watching trees creak all last night...too busy to worry about this game but its all good now.

When I came in today to the office I found that my planet had over 2000 metal and bunches of crystal and Deuterium. Time for some serious upgrades.

Just pulled off a nice raid.

Got 7k of metal
about 3k crystal
and 800 deut.

Cleaned that planet out.

OK I have several places built up on the planet and am going back into semi-hibernation. I have reconned local space and spent some Deuterium doing it so I need to regenerate that stockpile to build my reserach lab. According to my son (thanks for getting him in also) he is sitting in the same situation as me. Just need some Deut to get things going down the right path.

In the system my planet is located there are a few inactives that have been that way for a while now. I can't run espionage into their space because I haven't built my ships yet but its coming soon.

Just sent out another raid in universe 2. Got 5k of both metal and crystal, and little under 4k of duet.

5 more hours and the research will be done for level 3 impulse engine, then my building of a colony ship begins.

War I'm not worried about so much, as I think only alliances can conduct War. Single planets can be raided though. And our alliance in Universe 2 isnt ready for a war yet lol.

SOA,

They can not attack you nor raid you especially if you are fairly new. I was setting up raids this morning, and was unable to raid some planets owing to the fact that they were too far below my level, and I am only a 66. So keep that in mind, but do not neglect your defense, just don't get all caught up in building up until you atleast have the resources to expand out.
