Remember A Couple Months Ago...
« on: August 26, 2005, 11:58:56 PM »
when I  was griping because the loss control guy was harassing me and I said they should promote me instead of jacking with me?

Well, I took yall's advice and kept my big fat mouth shut. Tonight I get a call from the owner of the chain. I just got promoted from Asst. Manager of the #3 store to Manager of the largest store in the chain. He said the reason I got the nod was my customer service skills, plus I keep quiet and do my job as asked with out complaining.

Oh yeah, my salary just got tripled.:D

Thanks, guys! Couldn't have done it without ya. This alone should be reason to nevar shut down the O C! It's a valuable resource.

Naa, 4 door F150. I live on a farm. The truck is pretty much a necessity. 20mpg highway is better than I'm getting with my 95 Explorer and I can haul a lot more stuff. My Granddad told me to always drive a Ford. So far it's worked for me.
