It was particularly bad in the MA after FSO was over in the SEA. I saw 2-5 minute text lag, delayed bomb blasts, killed a plane and a gun, saw the explosions, never got credit.

I'm hoping this is just bizarre stuff happening as the stuff settles in at the new servers. There's bound to be problems to be solved as part of the switch, it couldn't possibly be flawless and seamless. Not in this world.

I had 4 Discos tonight myself.  Couldn't log back on for quite some time once.

Wasn't a game server switch.

I was actually referring to the new ISP they migrated to. Perhaps "servers" was a poor choice to describe it. But I meant the servers their new ISP was using. Who knows, maybe they'll offer an explanation.

The game servers are not at the new colocation yet.  Savvis seems to like to do router maintenance on Friday nights.  Go figure.

Thanks for the response, Skuzzy.  Nice to know the root of the problem.

Was having a good time Friday night and we all got dumped or had massive lag...shooting cons that never blow up, etc

well here it is Saturday night 0400Z time and get discoed and can't relog,

run the ol' ping plotter 75% loss at savvis in st louis and 40% at HTC, yes that is 115%??? I have a screen shot of this as well,

this is getting frustrating to say the least, Mr Skuzzy sir what can I  do to rectify this situation?

if I have to fly to St Louis and knock some melons just say so,

anyone up for a flaming bag of dog crap run in a cessna 172 over savvis HQ?
