Starting to fall of the track so to speak!

Let's stop the "nit-picking" eh guys?
Before it gets any more personal than it is already.

The thread was supposed to be about the
Gloster Meteor and me thinking maybe it should be considered for inclusion into the game as an adversary to the 262.

As sum1 stated earlier I now retract the idea of it being free, it would pose to much of a "free" threat to props.

I'll allow the Nikka and the He162 if the P80 is allowed.

Larry,

You said that the Meteor, an aircraft that was in service beginning in 1944 (yes, 1944), saw active combat operations in two major versions, the Mk I and MK III, both over England and the continent was the same as an aircraft who's prototype had one flight just before the war ended.

That is an absurd comparison.

Or you can fight 262's with your own 262's.  It's not like there is only one plane available.

The Meteor became operational in April 1944, you know, that is about the same time as the P-51D and Hawker Tempest.

They were kept on home soil to combat V-1 raids and reluctance of the air ministry to risk losing one to the enemy.

Meteor III's were actually based on the continent and searching for the luftwaffe from early 1945 but couldn't find an airborne fight, they did however do ground attack work.

Meteor III would be a great perk addition to the Main Arena.
