I guess that is the $10 million dollar question, isn't it? I have my beliefs on who the "who" are. It's definitely just an opinion and there's no way I'm gonna swear up and down that I am absolutely right.
But I think the crap shoot the CT setups have become, the constant feel that something has to be tweaked, changed or balanced. This staffer tries one thing, next week a different attempt. I say pick one and stick to the course. Some will leave, some will stay and hopefully for what the CT commits to be will draw in new people that will find the reasons that drew them to the CT are the reasons that keep them there.
The going overboard in trying to cater to the vocal individuals(well all of them 'cept me, I never get my way
) is the biggest cause of the CTs downfall, AH2 may be the straw that broke the camel's back. But it was a pretty weak back at that point.
I say bring the CT back to it's roots, stick to your guns for 6 months and then see where ya stand.
