Guns, I was until I figured that I want to keep it at the way I want to view it. A group of individuals who sacrificed themselves, maybe not knowingly, to save others. They are everyday heros to me, and I dont wish to watch and get any kind of political spin or dent my finely polished view of them.

Watched The Flight That Fought Back and couldn't help but wonder, where did the plane go?  After watching it I am ready to commit to the armed forces in 2 years and this is how i currently feel: "I want to kick a terrorist in the balls and chop his stomach open and watch him bleed to death, of course only after the terrorist son of a ***** is infected with tapeworms and is slowly eaten by vermin including but not limited to rats of the new york sewer system, norway rats, mice, and whatever may happen to crawl that way."  

I am also in the state of mind that the mid east is a breeding ground for people who are willing to die for allah.  It's a "religious" this, it always has been and always will be.  Then again it's the fact that we have so much more then they have, and if they would take a look at what the heck they do to their own people, sending them off to die in the name of allah.  


We can only hope that instead of their 70 virgins, there will be 70 pissed off Virginians (as Robin Williams said).   Why don't i like religion?  JIHADDDD.

Watched about 30mins of it then I just walked out of the room with tears on my face. I just couldnt stand being reminded of it.

well hopfully I can change your mind.  There was no spin, there was no politics behind it, there was no blame, there was no why do they hate us.  It was a recreation based on testimony, research, and invastigated facts.  The familys told us about their loved ones.  They played some of the actual phone calls.  They talked about what they thought when they heard the FDR.  

It was good and made me tear up a few times.  The one difference between this and any other 9-11 stuff is this makes me proud that Americans fought back and didn't let these evil people complete their plans, rather than angry.

From what it looked like they almost succeeded at taking the plane intact.

One of my sons friends lost his father in the WTC
Two of my daughterrs friends also lost theirs in the WTC.

Round these parts if you werent directly effected by loosing a friend or family member yourself.
You know plenty of people that were.

Amen.

Watched the "inside 9/11" special by National Geographic. Very well done. I wasn't aware that 2 firefighters actually made it up to the fire level. Both were marathon runners. Incredible heroism.
