Got to love the way the media puts a spin on things.

  Roberts Rebuffs Democrats' Questions
AP - 35 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - Chief Justice-nominee John Roberts repeatedly refused to answer questions about abortion and other contentious issues at his confirmation hearing Tuesday, telling frustrated Democrats he would not discuss matters that could come before the Supreme Court.
-------------------------------------------------

I watched a big part of the beginning of this till I was overcame with extreme boredom.
Yea, he "rebuffed" some Dems by telling them he would not comment on specific cases or instances, only precedence, but Mr. Boredom himself (Specter) started this line of questions. He droned on and on and on rephrasing the same question into about 50 different versions. ( I think I saw a doughnut dolly handing out No Doze)
Last time I looked Specter was Republican.

There's also a 'Brightness' button, but I tried it, and it don't work.

Just doing what Democrats in the past have said THEIR nominees should do. Hypocrasy at it's best.
