flaps wont work while looking down.
At least not in a P51B

Not sure what "looking down" means here.

Flaps work on my P-51b, both when using the "down" keyboard view, and when inverted using the "up" keyboard view looking down towards the ground. Perhaps you are referring to some other set of circumstances?

Im talking keypad view "0"

Least it doesnt on mine.

But then again alot of things are screwy for me since new release

Some keyboards wont allow you to press certain key combinations

Try mapping down it to a different key and give it a shot

My keyboard "0" is what I was referring to for the "down" view, and my flaps work when using it, either alone, or in combination. Some keyboards don't accept certain key combinations, and my Dell keyboard was one of them. I replaced it with a Keytronics keyboard.
