For those people out there who dont know , The OEDC (Organisation of Economically Developed Countries) is an organisation in the US that is out to destroy tax havens. They force foureign governments that have no income tax to force it (income tax) onto their citizens. This is a requirement for free trade too, and it is enforced by sanctioning trade and banking with the US. They currently have "black list" of 15 countries that they hold a "grudge" against. One of them happens to be the Bahamas, a place i used to live. The average Bahamian earns 4,000 (lowest)-20,000(very good job) dollars a year (equal to the US currency). Unfortunatly the Prime Minister of the Bahamas signed an agreement with the US 4 years ago for free trade and they are being forced to go along. This is how the largest Democratic country in the world treats their neighbours? seems like the fancy word "Democracy" is just for public relations.
Their long term goals are obvious, elliminate all tax havens and unite all Democratic countries as one. Which means that one day every government that is part of this will be paying the US gov. I just hope this never happens.
