I've been watching Top Gear fairly regularly lately.

Yesterday, they test drove the Ariel Atom.


What a cool frigging car. I covet.

Yeah I saw that top gear show the other night.
That thing is wicked fast and there is a place in Oregon I think that is the US distributer for them.

Bad news is they cost almost as much as a Vette.

Performance wise yes driving comfort no.
I will take the vette everytime for everyday driver.
But for track days and just getting my yaw yaws the ariel is a monster.

That was a great episode.  I loved the comment about the Atom, "It accelerates so quick, it can distroy your entire face."

i had no idea they even showed top gear over there.

let alone that anyone liked it!

Give it bigger tires, more suspension travel and a beeifer rollbar and you'd have one heck of a dune buggy,
