Prayers for your Grandfather! Spend some time with him while you can. I got to see my grandfather a month before he passed away, unfortunately his mind was not working anymore so I could not have a conversation with him.:(

Texace,

I'm so sorry to hear your Grandad is not doing well. Prayers OTW for both you and your family. Cherish the memories of him. When it all comes down to it memories are the only things we really own.

He is a great man and I envy you your time with him.

Sorry to hear Tex.  Unfortunately his days are numbered so ask yourself hat you wish to pull away from the experience.  Once it is gone it is gone forever.  There is nothing selfish with cherishing a legacy and not letting history be forgotten.

Finally had a chance to go over and speak with him today. He's not looking good, but that's to be expected. We're all hoping for the best, though. I really appreciate all the kind words, gentlemen. He appreciated it, too. At least he smiled some when we talked and that wasa  good sign.

We'll see what develops. Not much else we can do for at least another week.

Tex,

His days are numbered.  Cherish what you have while you have it.  Sorry for being blunt but its the voice of experience.
