Ummm this isn't an official answer.
But I wouldn't count on it.
You see, to my knowledge as of a couple of days ago, no one has officially submitted any terrains to HTC for review.
Once its submitted it usually takes a week or so of back and forth work between the designer and HTC (Superfly in my case) to get all the bugs out. At least this was my experience when I submitted my terrain.
Then after it was fixed it took another 3 days of work by Pyro and Hitech to get it up and running on one of the servers.
And right now, all of HTC is busting their butts on 1.05 (at least this is the rumor, I think they're out getting a good drunk going

)
When 1.05 comes out, every terrain in the game becomes obsolete and has to be reworked to fit the new requirements.
So it doesn't make alot of sense to put all that work into a terrain, if your trying to get 1.05 out the door, which will have its own "new terrain" to start with.
