We northerners send our old people down there so at least some Florida residents keep speaking english as their primary language.

As far as a "fiasco" is concerned, I'm rather happy with the outcome of the 2000 election as well as with the piece of legislation which prompted this thread.

I just checked out the website "shootfirstlaw.org" and I want to know why these people feel we do not have a right to defend ourselves if our lives & family are in danger.  These people make me very angry.  I hope that someone attacks one of their family members and see if they can stand by and do nothing, if they can then that means their family gene is weak and needs to be eliminated from the earth anyway.

I work in a Max prison and I can tell you that prisons do not change these punks, they need to be taken to the morge strait from the scene of the crime instead.

The moment someone decides to physically attack me is the moment they gave up their right to their life.

the biggest lie in the brady bunch is that "police" support their views... Real police most certainly do not.  the so called "police" who support them are the politicians called "police chiefs" who... like all politicians will say whatever the people who buy their job tell them to say.

This law if the best part of the NRA at work... the gutsy side...

They have a new president who is every bit as tough as Heston was... and a little more savy and...

much less vulnerable... it is a woman.   Brady has their shrill, lying and emotional harpy of a woman and the NRA has a calm, educated and rational and good natured woman...

Actually police in Ca can legally shoot a fleeing felon, in the back, if he represents an immeadiate danger to the community. I'm sure other states have similar laws.
