Need some advice

I just picked up a dinosaur of a computer and I need some advice from the tech heads.  I want to upgrade it to make it a decent gaming comp if possible.  Let me know if it's cheaper to upgrade or leave it as it is and invest in a newer machine.  Thanks in advance.  Here are the specs.

that right there is its biggest hangup for a decent gammer...

thats onboard vga .. sometimes you can disable it and add a AGP type card ,if it has and agp slot . (i would recomend a 9550 256 mb card as min for that cpu and up the system ram to 512mb for win98  at least .. )

if you dont have agp slot on that mainboard .. id invest in a better pc to start with.

Brand computers are no good for gamers. In this case it won't matter though because your motherboard is too old to accept any modern upgrades - you will have to dump the whole computer save pci network card or something that you may find dusting in there.

The power supply won't work. The mobo won't work. So that gives you no upgrade route for cpu, ram etc.
