Author Topic: Im stupid..please help...CH PRO Pedals (Read 272 times)

Well my Pedals were spiking, so like an idiot I decided to open the pedals up to see if i could maybe clean the POT. Well now i have it apart, and I see how it works, but I can not figure out where the hell the springs connect to! There also seems to be a wheel of some sort that is there , but I don’t know what it goes to. It’s just like the wheels that the individual pedals have as guides internally. But they are all in the right place, so it seems odd to me that there is a wheel just chillin in there not connected to anything. Someone who has done this before, please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

hmm i think i figured where the wheels go...there are wheels on the other side of the pedals as well. And the springs could go on the posts that the screws go thru...im going to try it lol

The extra is probably for your toe brakes? Cant remember its been years since I had mine apart.

Well I got it back together...and amazingly my spiking is gone. That thing was designed by monkeys. The extra wheels did belong on the other side of the pedals as I guess Top guide wheels. The problem was that the metal poles that keep the wheels in their groove were not clicked in and they don’t click in very well. It was just a pain in the arse. I was on the verge of just jumping out a window. I’m usually good with this kind of stuff, but this thing beat the heck out of me haha. Oh well, it works now.

If anything, you guys now know what it they look like inside.
