video problems

got a new laptop, Dell D510. Game runs good, but does some funny things, video doesn'seem correct. Info at top of scrfeen shows 97.5 video mem available, but system only using 3.1. Seems like it should be more?

What do I need to do to post system specs for help?

The Intel 915 is far better compatibility-wise with Direct X 9 but it still isnt going to do some things right.  Its just the nature of the beast.  Some things arent going to work with it.  Price you pay for the convenience of built in video.
